Invitation Screening in the Made In Arkansas Virtual Film Festival

Hello all! Welcome to the first post on the Jankis Media Announcements page. Here I’ll be sharing updates on whatever may be going on with the site, potential upcoming projects, and news from the film festival circuit so that you can stay up to date on everything we have going on.

To that effect: On Tuesday, May 26th, the 2020 edition of the Made In Arkansas Film Festival will kick off its virtual film festival online. I am excited to have my short film, Invitation, screening in the virtual fest as an official selection! The film will be screening on Friday, May 29th at 7 PM in the “Where’s Your Mask?” Comedy block of films.

The virtual screenings are free to all and will be held online through the virtual screening room Kosmi (link here). During the screenings, viewers will be able to vote for the Audience Favorite for the block of films they are watching. The winners for each respective block will be screened at a Best of Fest event at the CALS Ron Robinson Theater in Little Rock in the fall. Therefore, it’s important to log on during the screening and vote for Invitation!

More details on the screening schedule and where to go to watch the films can be found on the Made In Arkansas official Facebook Page. Be sure to RSVP at the Made In Arkansas 2020 Facebook Event to receive updates through Facebook regarding the screenings so that you don’t miss it! I’m honored to have Invitation be a part of the festival and to have the platform for so many new people to have a chance to see the film.

Hoping to see you online on Friday, May 29th!
